Technical Information About the Website’s Accessibility

This website is partially compliant with the law on accessibility to digital public services, due to the shortcomings described below.

Content That Is Not Accessible

The content described below is not fully accessible in one way or another.

Problems for users with visual impairments:

• Some text lacks sufficient contrast against the background. This mainly applies to decorative placements where the text has an inspirational purpose and is not required for functional website use.

• In some cases, link text and background do not have sufficient contrast.

• The search field linked to reviews cannot be navigated using a screen reader.

Problems for users without vision:

• Some English text lacks language attributes. The use of English expressions is part of the brand's tone and appears only in decorative contexts without functional content.

• Some images that are not decorative lack alternative text (ALT text).

• Flag icons in forms are not correctly marked with the lang attribute.

Other known issues:

• Pages related to return handling are not fully accessible. These are provided by an external third-party vendor and are expected to be fixed by Autumn 2025.

• There may be pages where the page title does not fully reflect the content or purpose of the page.

The accessibility issues deemed to affect user experience are expected to be resolved by Autumn 2025.

Disproportionate Burden

Due to technical limitations, heading structure may be flawed on certain pages, such as the homepage and campaign pages. In some cases, for example, an H1 heading may be missing.

Content Not Covered by the Law

There may be remaining issues — such as missing ALT text or insufficient structural markup — on older pages that are no longer maintained or actively used. These pages may still be accessible via old links.
